Full Terms and Conditions:
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoters, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid mobile number are required to enter.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on the 6 June 2024 and 23:59 BST on the 14 July 2024 inclusive.
4. To Enter:
a. Visit www.everygoal.co.uk and complete the online form providing your full name, mobile number, email address and birth year.
b. You will then be sent a text message with a 4-digit code to the mobile number provided on entry, enter the code on the site to verify your number and select a region from Scotland and North England.
c. Then, select your game option between “SPIN for a team” or “Daily Scratch Card”.
d. Spin For a Team: If you select this option, the wheel of country flags will spin, and a team will be randomly selected for you. You must then decide whether you want to receive an Instant Reward for every goal your team scores OR for every goal your team concedes during the tournament. If your team is knocked out of the tournament you will receive an SMS stating: “Do you know want to SPIN again?” with a link back to www.everygoal.co.uk and you can spin the wheel for a new team.
e. Daily Scratch Card: An on-screen virtual scratch card will be displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions to find out instantly if you have won an Instant Reward.
f. All valid entries received will be automatically entered into a Daily Prize Draw. The first valid entry received per person and all Instant Reward Grand Prize entries will Terms & Conditions be entered into the Grand Prize Draw. A valid entry is defined as someone who has signed up to the promotion, provided their details and completed the OTP.
5. Maximum entries and Rewards/Prizes:
a. Spin For a Team: A maximum of one initial spin is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. In the event of your initial team being knocked out of the tournament you can spin again. A maximum total of two spins are permitted per person during the Promotion Period.
b. Daily Scratch Card: A maximum of 1 entry per day per person is permitted during the Promotion Period. A maximum of 39 Instant Rewards are permitted per person via this Route.
c. Daily Prize Draw: A maximum of 1 entry per person per day is permitted into the Daily Prize Draw. No person may win more than 1 Daily Draw Prize during the Promotion Period.
d. Grand Prize Draw: A minimum of 1 entry per person is permitted into the Grand Prize Draw. No person may win more than 1 Grand Draw Prize during the Promotion Period.
6. Further Entry Details:
a. All goals that are scored/conceded in the normal course of the game, penalties and penalty shootouts will be included in the Promotion.
b. If you have entered during the Promotion Period and your randomly selected team has already scored/conceded goals prior to you entering, you will not receive those Instant Rewards. Reference to goals scored/conceded will be set to zero for all new users regardless of their team’s performance up until the point of sign up.
c. You will need to refresh your screen in order to view the goals scored/conceded by/against your team and your total Grand Prize entries.
d. There is no charge to enter the Promotion except where data costs are imposed by your mobile network provider.
e. The Promoters will not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the Entrant’s service provider.
f. Each person can only enter into one region during the Promotion Period.
g. The functionality of the platform may be restricted if an entrant uses incognito mode, private browsing or disables cookies.
7. Winner Selection:
a. Spin For a Team & Daily Scratch Card:
i. Spin For a Team: Instant Rewards are available to be won from 14/06/2024. During the Promotion Period, every time your team scores or concedes, depending on which option you have selected, you will receive an SMS within 6 hours of your team scoring/conceding to receive your Instant Reward. As this depends wholly on how many goals are scored and Terms & Conditions conceded during the football tournament, the number of Instant Rewards that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
ii. Daily Scratch Card: Instant Rewards are available to be won from 06/06/204. The Instant Rewards will be awarded via an independent algorithm process which will award an Instant Reward within 1 hour if a winner is selected.
b. Daily Prize Draw: 1 winner per day of the Promotion Period will be randomly selected from all valid entries received from each region during each day of the Promotion Period. The Prize draw will be conducted by an independent party within 12 hours of the close of each day during the Promotion Period.
c. Grand Prize Draw: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period from North England and 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period from Scotland. The Prize draws will be conducted by an independent party, within 5 working days of the close of the Promotion Period.
8. Prizes & Rewards:
a. Spin For a Team & Daily Scratch Card: During the Promotion Period, over 400,000 Instant Rewards will be available to be won in a shared reward pool across all regions.
b. Spin For a Team: Each winner will receive an Instant Reward every time a goal is scored/conceded by their team. This is dependent on the choice made by the entrant on entry as to whether they want to receive a Reward when their team scores or concedes. Instant Rewards will be allocated randomly. The number of Instant Rewards that may be awarded by this route is unknown, as this depends wholly on how many goals are scored and conceded during the football tournament. The Promoters each reserve the right to increase the number of Instant Rewards available to be won during the Promotion Period if game situations require.
c. Daily Scratch Card: Instant Rewards will be allocated randomly. The Promoters each reserve the right to increase the number of Instant Rewards available to be won during the Promotion Period if game situations require.

9. Further Instant Reward and Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Instant Rewards:
i. Vouchers can only be redeemed in SPAR participating stores in the north of England and Scotland. See list of SPAR participating stores at www.jameshall.co.uk/wwegstores (North England) and http://www.sparscotland.co.uk/wweg-stores (Scotland).
ii. Instant Rewards will be sent via SMS as digital vouchers.
iii. 7-day expiry from date of delivery.
iv. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
v. Maximum of 10 vouchers to be redeemed in one transaction.
vi. Winners will not receive any refund if the full voucher is not used.
b. Daily Prize:
i. This will be in the form of either a prepaid card (Mastercard) or cheque dependent on winner preference.
ii. Cheque
a. Should you require a payment by cheque, the payee details will be made out to the name provided at entry to the promotion. The cheque will be sent by Royal Mail, please allow 14 days to receive.
b. The winner must have a valid bank account if the winner selects cheque.
iii. B4B Pre-paid Mastercard
a. A B4B Pre-paid Mastercard will be sent by Royal Mail, please allow 14 days to receive. The Pre-paid card will expire 12 months after the date of issue, after which all funds will be removed from the card.

c. Grand Prize:
i. The Prize will be paid via BACs.
ii. The winner must have a valid bank account.
iii. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoters will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
d. All Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize.
e. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that the Promoters makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
f. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
10. Winner Notification
a. Spin for a Team:
i. The winners will receive their Instant Reward within 6 hours of their team scoring/conceding a goal via the number associated with their account. If a winner does not redeem their Instant Reward within 7 days of delivery, the Instant Reward will be returned to the Instant Reward pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period.
b. Daily Scratch Card:
i. The winners will receive their Instant Reward within 1 hour of completing the scratch card via the number associated with their account. If a winner does not redeem their Instant Reward within 7 days of delivery, the Instant Reward will be returned to the Instant Reward pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period.
c. Daily Prize Draw
i. The provisional winners will be contacted via the number associated with their account within 5 days of Daily Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
d. Grand Prize Draw
i. The provisional winners will be contacted via the number associated with their account within 5 days of Grand Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify that/the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
11.
Prize Acceptance:
a. Spin to Win and Daily Scratch Card:
i. Fulfilment of the Instant Rewards will take place within 10 minutes of being notified as a Winner. In the unlikely event that an Instant Reward does not arrive within 10 minutes, the winner must inform the Promoters by emailing customer.service@jameshall.co.uk if they are from North England and info@cjlang.co.uk if they are from Scotland. If the winner does not do so, the Promoters reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
b. Daily Prize Draw and Grand Prize Draw:
i. Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoters by emailing customer.service@jameshall.co.uk if they are from North England and info@cjlang.co.uk if they are from Scotland. If the winner does not do so, the Promoters reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
12. Provided no objection is received from the Grand and Daily Prize winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the Grand and Daily Prize winners will be made available by the Promoters 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.jameshall.co.uk/wwegwinners for North England and www.sparscotland.co.uk/wweg-winners for Scotland. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoters will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
13. The Promoters may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
14. The Promoters seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoters reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoters reserve the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoters reserve the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoters do not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.everygoal.co.uk.
17. The Promoters and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14322) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
18. The Promoters will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoters and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoters privacy policies available at: www.jameshall.co.uk/privacy-policy and www.sparscotland.co.uk/privacy-policy.
20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
