After the success of their new vegan and vegetarian range, James Hall & Co, have extended their plant based food-to-go offering with the addition of two delicious new salads.
With quirky names and cheerful packaging, Somewhere over the Grainbow and Hey Mambo Italiano, have been designed to meet increased customer demand for plant based food-to-go options.
Both products are being launched under James Hall & Co’s Great Northern Sandwich Company brand and complement the existing range which was launched in February 2019, including a range of mouth-watering, meat-free wraps and sandwiches featuring flavours from across the world.
Both salads are approved by the Vegetarian Society and will be included in SPAR’s £3.50 meal deal.
Hey Mambo Italiano features Mozzarella cheese pearls, cherry tomatoes, spinach, rocket, cucumber and mixed peppers with a pesto oil dressing.
Somewhere Over The Grainbow celebrates mixed grains (Bulgur wheat, lentils and quinoa), soybeans, beetroot sticks, diced celery, grated carrot, sweetcorn, sliced peppers, red onion with a spice mango dressing.
Somewhere over the Grainbow and Hey Mambo Italiano will be available in-store from Saturday 27th April.
