The Coaching
Development
Programme
Coaching is a form of development designed to unlock an employee’s potential. Each session is bespoke to the employee and designed around the individual being coached – sessions can be monthly, every 6 weeks or quarterly depending on requirements.
Coaching is a development process, where a qualified coach helps an individual improve their performance to achieve goals and make positive changes, Can be used to enhance relationships, develop confidence, presentations skills, helps with career development, transitions, job satisfaction, wellbeing and personal growth.
