Forecourt operator, the Kay Group, has celebrated the opening of its latest new-to-industry site on the A57 near Sheffield, the group’s 10th new development in the past five years.
Beighton Service Station will serve the nearby areas of Swallowsnest, Aston Aughton and commuting traffic in and out of Sheffield, providing 8 BP fuel pumps, 5 jet washes and vacuum facilities.
There is also an in-house Subway store and SPAR shop with a WHSmith concession, two Costa machines and a range of everyday essentials.
Ken Kay, owner, and CEO of the Kay Group, said: “We are excited to unveil our new Beighton service station to the public”.
“It’s a fantastic location in a high-traffic area, so we look forward to serving local residents, commuters and visitors to the area with a range of products, services and rest facilities from us and our fellow retailers.”
Beighton will be the Kay Group’s 21st service station, creating 15 new jobs within the SPAR store and an additional 10 roles within the Subway franchise.
