Graham Eyes High Class Butchers have been named Lancashire’s Favourite Butchers in a Lancashire Evening Post poll that saw over 500 readers vote for their most loved butchery establishment.
Fighting off worthy competition from across the county, Graham Eyes High Class Butchers claimed the top spot from 33 finalists, recognised for the impressive Graham Eyes butchery concession within SPAR Warton on Lytham Road.
Graham Eyes founded his business in 1982, opening his first shop on Rufford Road in Southport, at the young age of 21.
In 2016, Graham partnered with James Hall & Co., SPAR wholesaler for the North of England and this partnership has led to three hugely popular Graham Eyes butchery concessions within SPAR Roe Lane (Southport), SPAR Cambridge Road (Southport) and SPAR Warton, offering SPAR customers the chance to purchase delicious, quality meat from a local supplier.
Building a reputation for providing high quality cuts of meat, homemade sausages and delicious catering services, Graham’s business has continued to go from strength to strength.
Graham has also had great success with his speciality sausages at the BPEX Regional Sausage Competition, winning Gold and two Silver awards. Flavours available include pork, caramelised red onion and cracked black pepper, plain porkie, pork black pudding sausage, and honey and cranberry sausage.
